Anxiety and stress are an everyday occurrence, and for many of us, they are a manageable part of our daily lives. They often involve low levels of fear, worry and unease. However, anxiety disorder is a recognised mental health condition and may occur when such feelings overwhelm or begin to define us. At the Recovery Lodge, we are well equipped to help alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Our highly trained staff and treatment options, delivered in a highly personalised way, and tailored towards your individual needs, will help identify the triggers and sources of your anxiety and provide strategies to cope and reduce the debilitating effects of it.
We offer a deeply supportive, professional and personalised environment within which can help identify the sources and strategies to combat stress, depression and anxiety. Potential treatments include group therapy, an environment within which you can delve into your anxiety in a mutually supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere. There is also one-to-one psychotherapy, with our highly-trained counsellors and psychotherapists, who can help you explore your issues in a personalised and constructive environment. Once we have worked with our clients to identify the source of their mental health issues, we may tailor our mutual approach towards either CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), psychodynamic or humanistic therapy.
